Responsible energy use is a key part of Chemec’s sustainability strategy. Through fossil-free electricity and continuous energy efficiency improvements, we work to reduce environmental impact and support a more sustainable industry.
Chemec is committed to reducing environmental impact through responsible and efficient energy use. We source 100% fossil-free electricity for all our operations and continuously monitor energy efficiency to minimise waste and identify improvement opportunities.
Our initiatives include tracking energy use per ton of product, enabling data-driven improvements, as well as implementing energy-saving solutions such as LED lighting, optimised mixers, air-source heat pumps and soft starters in energy-intensive production processes.
By making smart energy choices today, we support global clean energy goals and contribute to a more sustainable chemical industry tomorrow.
